Withdrawals: Limits & Processing

Oddze sets withdrawal limits per day, week and month. Daily limit is 10,000 EUR. Weekly limit is 50,000 EUR. Monthly limit is 150,000 EUR. These limits apply to all withdrawal methods combined.

Withdrawals process within 72 hours from approval. For card withdrawals, Oddze will return funds to your original card if the amount is equal to or less than what you deposited via card. Amounts exceeding your card deposits go to an alternative method.

The minimum withdrawal is 20 EUR or equivalent in your chosen currency. Bank transfers may incur charges from intermediary banks up to 16 USD. If a withdrawal is denied, any winnings from that transaction are permanently voided.

Account Verification & KYC

Oddze requires account verification before processing payouts. Verification is triggered prior to your first withdrawal. You must provide a copy of your valid passport or other identification document, proof of your residential address, and confirm your name and email.

The casino may also call the phone number on your account as part of verification. If you are unreachable for 2 weeks, your account will be locked for failing KYC. If you cannot be reached, complete the verification process by uploading documents to remove the lock.

For Bitcoin deposits and play, you must prove you are at least 18 years old with a valid ID, passport or driving licence before any deposits or bets are allowed. Video verification may be required if your documents are not in Latin or Cyrillic characters.

Payment Rules & Your Account

Deposits must come from accounts in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. If you violate this rule, winnings are confiscated and your original deposit is returned.

You must wager your deposit once (x1 turnover) before you can withdraw. This is separate from bonus wagering requirements. If a deposit is charged back or rejected, any winnings from that deposit are permanently cancelled.

Oddze charges a 25 EUR monthly fee if your account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months. The casino reserves the right to close your account and refund your balance without stating a reason or providing notice.

Cryptocurrency Deposits & Exchange Rates

Oddze accepts Bitcoin, Ethereum (ERC20 only), Tether and Solana. Exchange rates fluctuate based on current market value using Coinbase Converter. The casino does not offer currency conversion or exchange services.

Transactions with Opt-in Replace-by-Fee (RBF) may result in account closure and forfeiture of winnings. Verify that your cryptocurrency transaction does not use RBF before sending.

All cryptocurrency deposits are facilitated by Spark Stream LTD in cooperation with Future Payment Technologies UAB as payment aggregator. Your transaction is processed through licensed third-party payment service providers.

If Your Withdrawal Does Not Arrive

If you request a refund within 24 hours of a transaction or within 30 days if another person accessed your account, Oddze will consider your request. Any bonuses and winnings are deducted before the refund is processed. Approved refunds take 5–7 banking days to arrive.

To verify the status of your withdrawal, contact Oddze support. Provide your transaction date, amount, chosen payment method and any error messages. Support operates 24/7 via email.

Check that you meet withdrawal requirements: your account must be verified, you must have completed x1 deposit wagering, and your withdrawal must not exceed daily, weekly or monthly limits. If your withdrawal was denied for one of these reasons, clear the issue and resubmit.
